This August 2017 another set of machines for our longtime customer Omega was loaded on trucks for a long trip to the State of Bahia, some 1.700 km from São Paulo.

The aluminum atomizing system consists of a Revitran tubular conveyor (and simultaneous spraying device) as well as Rotopen screening machines and vibratory spiral elevators Mavicol type.

The trip to Bahia will take these truckers some 36 hours, but they tell us they are used to it and love their job. 

This is now the tenth "editon" of these Mavi aluminum spraying system, in the wake of Brazil´s super-recycling of aluminum, up to 100%. Even aluminum scrap imports are being done to feed this recycling industry.
